AIR FED HELMET

Air fed blast cleaning helmet is result of our long experience and extensive field experiments. It provides ultimate safety and comfort to operator during blast cleaning operation.

TUNGSTEN CARBIDE NOZZLES

Long venturi entry, 50 mm thread now accepted as the industry standard, these widely used, robust nozzles are the preferred choice of the blast cleaning operatives worldwide, as they provide excellent durability and wear resistance.

WET HEAD

Surfex wet head is recommended for economical-dust free wet blast cleaning with use of P7 type blasting machine on jobs such as cleaning structures, stones bricks, concrete, monuments etc.

BREATHING AIR FILTER

Surfex BAF-4 id designed to remove oil mists, water vapour and particulate upto 0.5 microns from breathing air Air from compressor enters the filter through either of the two inlet ports. Moisture is removed by expansion in the outer chamber & drain out through a pet cock at the bottom of the unit.

BTV VALVE

The Thompson Valve, normally closed, self sealing, metering valve that can start and stop aggressive media flow while the vessel remains constantly pressurised. This valve is designed for use with an abrasive cut of switch which allows for blow-down capability and is available with tungsten carbide sleeves.

INTERNAL PIPE CLEANING

Surfex internal pipe cleaning tools can clean the inside surface of pipes of diameter 51mm to 914mm and length upto 12m. it cleans completely around 360 degree interior of pipe removes stubborn rust, carbon, scale old paints etc. Internal pipe cleaning tools operates with any high capacity.

REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM

It place complete ON/OFF control of machine in the hand of operator at blast nozzle. It saves abrasive and air consumption when operator changes position or performs spot blasting and provides added safety to operator and other personnel in the area.
